Why can't I log in in to my account?

If you cannot log in, the following factors might explain the issue:
 
  • An active Spelpaus - You can easily log in to Spelpaus to check if you are blocked and for how long.
  • An active self-exclusion - You can contact Support to get more information.
  • Expired BankID - Please check that your BankID is valid. Contact your bank if your BankID has expired.
  • Temporary problem with BankID verification - In these instances, we ask you to try again later. If the problem persists for a long time, you can contact Support.
  • You are abroad - We only have a licence to offer games in Sweden. It may be problematic or impossible to log in from another country.
  • You have a VPN connection - We ask you to turn off any programs that provide you with a protected IP or false IP address.
 
If none of the above appears to be the cause of the issue, please contact Support.
